Sustainabilty

At TWD we believe brands in the modern age should do everything in their power to be as sustainable as possible. From the start of our brand, we have always tried to make our collections circular by limiting the use of synthetic materials in our clothing making them easier to break down at the end of life. Not only this but we try and use the most high-quality materials possible whilst also being careful about what virgin resources we use. We have recently started using recycled cotton and denim in our collections.

 

We believe one way brands can be suitable is by making the clothing last more than one season and making our clothing last as long as possible whilst still making it easy to break down at the end of life is an aim that constantly drives us. However, if one of our garments is to break our customers can visit any of our stores and use our free in-house repair service. In the rare circumstance that the garment can't be repaired within a week, we will replace it free of charge!

Finally, we believe that our fully traceable collections should be ethical and sustainable. Therefore, we only use responsibly sourced wool and mohair in our collections. As well as this we produce all our collections within the eu lowering emissions but also ensuring good labour practices in our factories where workers are paid above the living wage.
